Social Pub Night & AGM, Sunday 12/2/2012, 6:30 pm

Folks,

This month our regular pub night will also include a short formal meeting to approve the financial statements from last year and elect a new committee for this year. This meeting will happen at 7:30pm or soon thereafter and shouldn't impinge upon drinking and socialising too much!

This month's pub night is happening on the evening following from Mardi Gras Fair Day (just down the road) so if you're going to be at Fair Day come along and say hello afterwards at the Marly......

Notes:

SBN pub night (a social event!) happens in Newtown on the 2nd Sunday of each month. We meet for a few drinks from 6:30pm until at least 8pm. Our pub night overlaps with the Sydney Poly group drinks at the same venue and which start and hour or two earlier. (Cheap cocktails start at 6:30pm!) Around 8pm we look to have dinner - some people avail themselves of the food at the pub, while others form a group to go for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Our meet-up area is on Level One. In good weather we usually gather in the outside deck area - find the pool tables and look for the outside space beyond them. Otherwise we may be in the small room that is hidden to the side of the deck, or we may be in the main bar area.
