AGM - Sunday 12th Feb 2012, 7:30pm, Marlborough Hotel

Greetings,

At our regular monthly pub night in February we'll be holding an AGM for Bi-NSW during which we'll sign off the accounts for last year, appoint a new committee, and decide what the group should be doing for the coming year.

Everybody, member or not, is welcome to come along and add their thoughts.

The venue is the Marlborough Hotel, cnr King St & Missenden Rd, Newtown and within the pub you'll find us up on Level One around the back of the main bar (beyond the pool tables) where there is an outdoor deck area.

If you'd like an "official" vote at the meeting we will be collecting membership fees just prior to the meeting. The official part of the meeting starts at 7:30pm, but our normal pub night is from 6:30pm through to about 8pm. After that we generally head somewhere close by for dinner.

We'll be a small part of the larger Sydney Poly group that has their social meeting at the same place and time, so if you're having problems tracking us down try phoning 0416-070360.
