Organising meeting this Thursday

If you're interested in helping keep a Bi community happening in Sydney, there'll be a few volunteer type people meeting at the Marlborough Hotel (cnr King St & Missenden Rd) in Newtown this Thursday evening, from 8pm, to discuss organisational stuff and how to hold a few events and spend some of the money that is in the Bi-NSW bank account.

Come along if you'd like to meet a few of our people face to face - you don't have to volunteer to do anything, but you can add your ideas to the mix.

The group will be upstairs on "Level One" - look for a multi-coloured candle if you're not sure of faces, or check out the "Bisexual Sydney" Facebook group.

Regards,
Graham

SBN pub night (a social event!) happens in Newtown on the 3rd Sunday of each month. We meet at a pub/bar for a few drinks from 6:30pm until at least 8pm. Some people avail themselves of the food at the pub, while others form a group to go for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Our venue is the Marlborough Hotel, cnr King St. and Missenden Rd, Newtown. Look for us up on level one around the back beyond the pool tables

We always try to have a multi-coloured candle on our table to allow newbies to recognise the group. See our web site http://bi-nsw.org.au for more details or email admin@bi-nsw.org.au

Discussion about our events can be seen on the Bisexual Sydney Facebook page: Bisexual Sydney

Bi flavoured T-shirts needing to be shifted

Folks,

I have a whole swag of t-shirts in my place left over from various Mardi Gras parade entries from years gone by. I need to get rid of these prior to moving away from Sydney so I'm open to offers from people who want to take them off my hands. Either in bulk for distribution to another Bi community or one by one for individuals.

It's not essential, but it'd be nice to get some money from them to go back into the Bi-NSW coffers.

They can be viewed at http://bi-nsw.org.au/shop/tshirts.html

I've started the pricing at $5 per shirt.

Email me if you're interested: treasurer@bi-nsw.org.au

Thanks,
Graham
