Sydney events this week

Howdy all,

We have 3 different get togethers happening over the coming week…..

Trivia Night - Weds 12th, 7:30pm, Union Hotel, Newtown
Bi Trivia night is an occasion for Bi or bi-friendly people of all genders to get together and have a few laughs – you don't have to be good at trivia or good at being bi really – you just have to enjoy hanging out with like-minded folk. Oh and in case your wondering it's just regular trivia not trivia questions about bisexuality although in Newtown you never know what can come up.

Bi Trivia night is truly a chance to meet people as they are and make a real connection – you can have real conversation and hear each other and get to know each other – sometimes that can be difficult in nightclub type settings.

Where: Union Hotel – 572 King Street South (corner Union Street) Newtown NSW 2042

Finding us: Look for a Big Red Candle on out table ( the candle may not be lit but it is possible that we will be glowing in which case you should look for a table of glowing Bisexuals !)

Planning Meeting for Bi September  - Thurs 13th, 7:30pm, Marrickville
we are having a planning meeting
to get things started

on thursday 13th may

we are looking for...
people with ideas
people with flair.
people who aren't quite sure how they can help but want to anyhow

If you'd like to attend send an email to Les (oh_dear_im_forgetful@yahoo.com.au) for more info.

SBN Pub NIght - Sun 16th, 6:30pm, Marlborough Hotel, Newtown
SBN pub night happens in Newtown on the 3rd Sunday of each and every month. We meet up on Level One at the Marlborough Hotel (cnr King St. and Missenden Rd) for a few drinks from 6:30pm until at least 8pm. Some people avail themselves of the food at the pub, while others form a group to go for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

**NOTE** There is a deck area and small cosy room that we often use which isn't obvious when you get up on Level One. To get there you have to walk down the steps at the end of the bar to the pool table area and then through to the outdoor deck.

We always try to have a multi-coloured candle on our table to allow newbies to recognise the group. See our web site http://bi-nsw.org.au for more details or email admin@bi-nsw.org.au

And a club night event that has a really friendly Bi / Poly / Kinky crowd is Sydney Hellfire Club. That's on the 3rd Friday of each month so next one is 21st May.

Regards,
Graham
